"Staff was accommodating and available. Communicated well beforehand. Check in and check out was a breeze. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast simple but fresh. Beautiful view. Room wasn’t fancy - towels were more like light blankets . Town was authentic. One restaurant open and it was delicious. It was just a short overnight stay but really enjoyed it! "

"Massimiliano made sure everything was perfect. His immediate respony to any questions we had was unbelievable. Our room was comfortable and extremely clean and our view of the Sea was fantastic. Totally recommend the Guest House to all. "

"This is an amazing property located slap bang in the centre of La Spezia old town with restaurants, bars, cafés and independent shops on the doorstep. We had the duplex suite with a large lounge-diner area and bathroom downstairs, then a bedroom with massive bath tub and a further bathroom upstairs. "A great place to stay to get away from the crowds and enjoy a beautiful view of the sea. Given that it is away from the city center, you will need to take taxis or rent a car to get to where you want to go. The villa was peaceful, clean, and the bottles of wine and treats in the room were such a nice touch. Lastly, thank you Cristina and Nicola for a wonderful stay! You both were so kind and very helpful answering any questions I had! Highly recommend!"
