"Absolutely love staying at Pensacola Resort. It’s beautifully decorated, and the room is quiet & very comfortable. There is a small gift shop that had a friendly worker that I enjoyed chatting with- all staff that I encountered were very friendly and helpful.. The Tiki bar by the pool was good for a quick lunch, The pool seemed nice, but I noticed several chairs were not in good condition which was surprising and were not being used- maybe since it was early in the season they had not been updated. I had dinner at the bar on this visit, but the restaurant is also very good if you want to stay in. I would highly recommend!"

"Breakfast fresh daily though menu items changes. One day there was biscuits with gravy, another day had sausage links and omelet. Grits are instant. "

"The hotel does not look as pictured, the room had a awful mildew smell. The beds were full not queen as I was told on reservation. This place looked like a run down motel I have reached out to customer care and the response is they will educate staff on the different bed sizes and evaluate the condition of the property. That is not a acceptable response."

"Upon our arrival,the young lady at the front desk was so pleasant,it was her second day and I could tell she was nervous,she got us checked in with no problems!!The room and was clean,bed was comfortable and the breakfast was Awesome.We will be returning soon..Really enjoyed our stay!!Thanks for making us feel welcomed!!Recommend to anyone looking for a clean,comfortable,pleasant place to stay!!"

"It's located on a very busy, noisy street. There wasnt any nature within walking distance, though very convienient access to the toll bridge over to Santa Rosa Island. We ate at Taco Rock next door, excellent meal and prices.The toilet floor area was dirty, the bathtub had non slip that was black with dirt. The light and very loud fan came on when entering and no way to turn off until a sensor decided only if the door was left open. The air was so cold we wore sweatshirts, even when we adjusted to 80°(we had a remote to adjust it too). It took our 3 night stay to warm up the room. The beds were very comfortable. Nice sized refrigerator and t.v."

"What a cool and spooky Queen Anne. Owner is a sweetheart. Comfortable room and easy walk to Palafox. Great location at a great price. AC blows cold. Breakfast was good. My goth kid already knew about that house. We didn't see the 'woman in grey', but you can definitely feel the history in the place. Built by sea captain and former mayor of Pensacola, William Hazard Northup. Go and enjoy."

"This is a converted church which means the rooms are not standardized and your experience might depend on which room you are assigned. The hotel has good beds and linens, but small rooms ( or some are at least) a very poor, loud, AC system, poor cleaning, very poor sound proofing of rooms. It really depends on the price point you pay. These rooms can be as much as $400. They are worth 1/2 that amount. If you are paying at that 1/2 rate, then maybe an OK proposition. For example in room coffee provided is "instant" coffee. That a cheap way for the hotel to provide this service ( less labour cost) but not in keeping with an expensive room Also, note this is a 2 star - staff-less hotel. If you have any issues, no one will respond to you. I waited 13 hours for a responce. Most reponces are written by AI - and contain very little useful information. This is our future I suppose. I am predicting an AI generated responce to this review !"
