"I felt very bad for the staff at this motel, the main reason I booked there was I had my 10 year old grandson with me who was excited about the pool. When we checked in we were told the pool was closed indefinitely. Never posted on the website!!! We were asked if we wanted a refund but I was there on business and had limited time to rebook a hotel. The room was clean and staff was very nice. "

"I never stayed told the hotel the day before. Before 3 , they were rude told my to call Expedia I fell asleep holding so long with them. So I called them again the next morning, they told me as long as they could confirm I didn't come they would take off the charge and didn't. When I called the hotel the next day the hung up on me. Terrible I'll never book thru Expedia or get another roo with them. I drive almost 3 hours to go there from Cleveland I had just caught a cold."

"Needs updating for sure but was ok. Had an issue with my TV not working and the staff at the desk had me unplug the cable box to try resetting it. When I called back to say that wasn’t working she gave me a hard time. She did offer to change my room but it was already late at night and I didn’t want to do that. Told me she had no solutions and there was no maintenance staff on grounds. "

"People at the desk are very polite and caring th room was very nice for the price and lots of restaurants and places for delivery "

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. The included continental breakfast was wonderful! Kept us fueled for hours! The room and bathroom were immaculately clean! Lots of close eating options. "

"After a late night of working came to my room and the panel on the front of the heater was kind of half on, but was too tired to to do anything about it after several hours of the heater running and the heat not working right I just turned the heater off and went to bed"
