"The restaurant did not have the wine on the menu and the staff did not know what to do and had no clue what wine was what. The chef called in and they didn’t have a good back up plan. Poor waiter was trying his best and the manager had no clue, but tried. Rooms was super clean!"

Wanted to book another night and staff told me to call wouldn’t let me book at desk. Had to circle the hotel several times to finally get to pull to the side to get valet service."
