Top Hotel in Verona! Ab der 1. Sekunde der Ankunft freundlich und aufmerksam betreut worden. Die Arena ist in 2 Minuten erreichbar. Traumhaft war auch der Ausblick von der Bar auf der Dachterrasse auf die Arena.

Struttura bellissima ed accogliente in pieno centro storico. Personale educato e sempre a disposizione, si sono preoccupati anche di offrirci bevande calde a seguito di essere state poco bene nonostante avessimo già effetuato il checkout. Our stay was amazing! The staff couldn’t do enough for us, they were all so so lovely and extremely helpful! The room was beautiful! The location was perfect - couldn’t have been better and the rooftop bar and view, just wow! It really is breathtaking! Will definitely return here if we visit Verona again

Ottima struttura molto curata. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Camera piccola ma confortevole. Unica pecca il condizionatore centralizzato che non poteva essere acceso ed è stato necessario tenere la finestra aperta durante la notte, il che non permetteva di regolare la temperatura ed essendo Marzo era un po’ freddo.

Lovely little hotel with amazing staff. Had an issue with the TV in our room and the gentleman from reception was really quick to come and fix it and super friendly. Breakfast was good too and great value. Would stay again!

We had a great stay and the service was fantastic. However, I strongly disagree with the way this hotel is promoted on the platform. We stayed in a completely different hotel. It‘s not just another building, where you still have access to the same facilities. It‘s another hotel called „Aparthotel Verona House“ and so this should have its own entry on the booking website. So no Jacuzzi, no roof terrace, no Arena view. They have informed us about us staying in a different building but this is just not correct.

This hotel is perfect for a city break
This newly refurbished hotel is excellent! I’ve stayed in several hotels in Verona and this is in my opinion the best. Staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. Breakfast & coffee is great, rooms are modern and clean. Location is central. I will come back again. The only negative is the noise from the street if you have a room that backs onto the road.

Staff at the Milano Hotel & Spa were welcoming with glasses of champagne that we later discovered we had been charged for. Upon arrival, we discovered that the room was the size of a postage stamp, the bathroom lights didn’t work and you had to be a contortionist to use the toilet due to lack of leg room. We also discovered that the advertised restaurant was closed for the season, and the advertised air conditioning was non-existent. The hotel explained that despite record heat in October, the hotel had now switched to heat and there wasn’t even a fan that you could run to improve air circulation. Instead, the hotel advised us to open the window of our 2nd floor room overlooking a busy street with a bar/restaurant below in order to get air. The roof top terrace was lovely and overlooked the arena, but the hot tub there was the only evidence we could find of a “spa.” The area and location were great, but I would not choose to stay here again.

This was our best city… Verona. Clean and comfort room. An espectacular view of the Arena di Verona from the rooftop and walkable distance to shopping stores and restaurants. We love it!!

A great location, we got a bus from the station the walked to all the main tourist sites from the hotel. The roof top bar is stunning.

You can't beat this location, right next to the Arena, Piazza Bra, and the pedestrian area. The staff is fantastic, going out of their way to meet your every need. The only drawback is to be expected in such a location - small room. But that's a fair tradeoff for being right in the heart of an amazing city like Verona. Would stay here again.
