Nice scenery, spoilt by noisy kids and no pool

Unfortunately the pool wasn't open, there was lots of noisy kids, it was more a family hotel and I was hoping for peace and quiet. Staff weren't that friendly, especially in the bar. Would have liked a kettle in my room. Cleaners entered the room without knocking. Changed towels every day which was unnecessary, hotel could really benefit from do not disturb signs. Nice location, but you definitely need a car.

Room 202A: whoever will be in it next: you are welcome, we got hotel manager to sort out balcony doors that wont shut, blocked shower tray and thwy even replaced shower head that was faling apart. Dont get why these basic things werent checked before we moved in but hey ho, they are for making moneys not maintain facilities. So room: we had a 5 ppl double room. Excellent as we could sleep away from kids! Beds were singles, linen changed daily I believe, floors cleaned daily. Plenty of space in a room. Aircon was working and it was just great to have it all the time, as if left off room become 40* hot immediatelly. Toilet apart of issues with shower was OK. Towels replaced daily, cleaned daily. Breakfast: superb selection of buffet. Not to british liking thou. Scrambled eggs... well stick to hard boiled ones lol. Becon OK. Food was provided by industrial kitchen not by a chef. Mind that. Kids loved freshly baked croissaints and selection of fruit. Cake options available. Decent quality juice drink (with bits in). Coffe OK. Rolls always old and dry, good for block paving jobs. Staff very kind, whoever says otherwise must have demonstrated significant amount of disrespect and deserved to be treated in a way karma works. We had 3 kids. Myself and kids consumed during every brekfast approx 30 croissaints making absolute mess round us... no one said anything. We beeen polite, staff were extra polite despite language barrier. Highly recommended!!!

Room was very clean and tidy. All of the staff were extremely freindly, helpful and kind! We only had a few days here, but would go back. A budget friendly hotel, good location if you have a car. 20 mins from Verona and 10 mins from Lake Garda. Surrounded by vinyards and some amazing restaurants nearby too.

They have very nice breakfast and dinner, so that you have more choices. The room ist well occupied, even if the house somehow old. Big swimming pool, with well view. I can suggest the hotel to everyone. Thanks

Sauberkeit war in Ordnung. Das Frühstück war leider sehr überschaubar – man wird satt, aber viel Auswahl oder Abwechslung gibt es nicht. Insgesamt wirkt das Hotel deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und wurde offenbar lange nicht mehr richtig instand gehalten oder modernisiert. Für den Preis hätten wir mehr erwartet.

Zimmer war groß, ruhig. Pool war hervorragend, sehr groß mit einem günstigen Bar. Hat genug Liegestühle, trotz viele Gäste. Für unsere Familie mit Kleinkinder hat viel Spaß gemacht. Gardaland war ca. 15 Minuten Autofahrt. Frühstück war ok, aber nicht besonderes, war genug Platz. Personal war hilfsbereit. War genug kostenlose Parkplätze. Preis-Leistung ist sehr gut. Kann nur empfehlen.

Camera un po' piccola e sostituita, prontamente dal personale, a seguito di un problema tecnico. Personale sempre gentile e disponibile. Colazione da migliorare, soprattutto nella qualità dei prodotti. Bella la piscina ma abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà a reperire del cibo da consumare a bordo piscina.

Do not book this hotel! The pool was closed, the elevator was not working for four days, and we had to carry all our heavy luggage to the room ourselves with children. The room was dirty, we found a spider, the AC did not work properly, and the breakfast was poor. The photos show a nice front area, but our room was at the back facing an overgrown/jungle area. Very disappointing and not worth the money.

Andra gången vi bor på detta hotell. Rummet och utrymmena är rena. Personalen trevliga. Frukosten och hotellet allmänt är väldigt enkelt. Hotellet har en stor pool, bra med parkeringsmöjligheter. Nära till tex fantastiska Lazize och andra mysiga ställen.

Hotel in die Jahre gekommen und viele Dinge nicht instand gehalten. Defekte Schliessvorrichtungen auf öffentlichen Toiletten, alte und teilweise defekte Zimmerausstattung, keinen Kühlschrank in Zimmer. Sehr schönen Pool und in einer ruhigen und schönen Lage.
