Wonderful stay! Rooms are super clean, service and communication on how to get to the hotel when you arrive in Venice is awesome! The small breakfast with coffee, juice and a croissant is a beautiful touch. Great location away from the action but close enough that you’re only a few minutes walk. 3 floors to carry suitcases…not an issue for us and hey it’s Venice so best know about this rather than being disappointed when you arrive! Highly recommended!

Great Value for the price!

Great location and friendly staff. a couple of upgrades and this place is a strong A+ Boutique Hotel. I believe they are working on installing an elevator. No elevator currently (in the description they state that there is no elevator) and rooms are on the 3rd floor. Many stairs! Our room overlooked the plaza area and was nice. AC could get the room cool, but not cold. within a 5–10-minute walk of the most popular spots in Venice. Good restaurants in the area. Plenty of space in our room (large room)! Had a safe, but need to be secured down.
