"We recently stayed at this hotel and had a mix of positives and frustrations.
On the downside, there was no phone in the room to call for service, and we had to request a microwave instead of it being provided. Parking was also more expensive than we were initially told. During our stay, there was an incident in the elevator involving someone who appeared to be under the influence, which required medics—definitely unexpected. The elevator floors were quite dirty the first day, though they were noticeably cleaner the next.
Our room was fairly quiet from road noise, but we did hear something rolling around above us that was pretty loud at times. The beds were advertised as queens, but felt smaller—somewhere between a full and a queen—so it was a tight fit for two adults.
There were also a few maintenance issues: the shower sprayed water onto the wall behind the toilet, and the sink had a visible leak. The building itself feels older and could definitely use updates, especially the carpet.
That said, there were some highlights. The water view from our room was beautiful, and the housekeeping staff truly stood out—they did an excellent job cleaning and resetting the room each day and were the best part of our stay.
Overall, the hotel has potential, but improvements in maintenance, accuracy of amenities, and general upkeep would make a big difference."
