The location is excellent. Direct access to the Skytrain is great. Unfortunately, for an upscale hotel we were disappointed in the room. We had a suite in the East tower. Pan Pacific Vancouver
The location is the best thing going for this hotel. The food at the bar was just ok. Was not impressed and the service was slow. The rooms are dark and outdated. They really need an upgrade. The staff we dealt with were great though and very friendly and helpful.
