"The room was very cold, and when I tried to warm it up by turning up the thermometer it did not work. There are no blankets in the room so I had to sleep under my coat. when I spoke to the staff they offered to move me to a different room. Instead, they brought me a heater, which fixed the problem."

"Short stay for hospital visit parking included that helped and the room was bigger than I expected lots of little extras in room with robes excellent view friendly front staff good coffee and breakfast spot in lobby nice staff there too almond croissant was delicious "

"Fantastic location. We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The bed was comfy and clean. The room was small but well appointed with a mini fridge and coffee machine, coffee and creamers etc. A very nice touch was some free chips and non alcoholic drinks down by the reception at night. The courtyard is a fun area to hang out in with a fire place and a ping pong table. This hotel also had a laundry machine and dryer onsite. The only thing I’d mention is the flooring in our room was a bit damaged and my husband caught his foot on it a couple times and hurt himself. Also, the drive down into the parking area is very steep and we scraped our car even when going super slowly. "

"we stayed for 2 nights while attending a vancouver canucks game and had a business meeting on one of the days. The only thing that was not great was they did not do a room service for the next day - we left the room and they did not come in to refresh towels or stock the coffee. As it was a one bedroon suite and premium price paid for the 2 nights they should have at least asked us if we needed anything. As it was late upon our return from the game (10pm) we did not ask front desk for anything. But I am sure they will make note of this and see that it doesn't happen again for us or other travellers. We love that place and the location. Will be back"

"First couple floors of the hotel was leaking, karma lounge was closed as well due to it. Elevator to the parking lot was also not functional. "
