"The room did not have any hangers in the bathroom. The room didn't have a closet and the bars for hanging clothes was very inconvenient. There was a lot noise from the room above our room. The pictures of the type of room we selected clearly showed a refrigerator AND a microwave.
Went we arrived there was no microwave we went use one in the office so dirty we were reluctant to use it.

"Staff at hotel are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast pastry was delicious, as was the coffee. Staff will get you your particular pastry if none is on the tray. The pool is cute, as is the whole motel. While we always got a parking space there isn’t a plentiful supply…There is a supermarket within 10 mins walk (Vons), and WB is just 10 mins walk away. Both of these walks are safe. Great hotel in lovely, safe area and well serviced with restaurants. "
