Staff on reception were really helpful. Room smelled nice on entry and was spotless. Beds were comfy. Shower pressure and temp were great. Toiletries were a bit lacking - tiny bottles and dispensing from them was difficult. Breakfast was varied which was good but the area is cramped and when busy, difficult to navigate. Would stay again.

I felt myself as I rented a professional Studio flat. I had everything in the room, separate shower room, toilet lounge with office desk/chair and bedroom. Wired!!! and wireless internet. Best hotel experience on my U.S. vacation. Nice breakfast (included in the price), you can cook your own pancake. FREE guest parking.

I only stayed here for one night as I started my trip along Route 66 but I was very happy. The facilities were excellently maintained and very pleasant. It was such a hot afternoon, I was so delighted to be go for a swim. The next day the inclusive breakfast was hot, fresh, and plentiful.

Really good all round hotel. Best of all we bought the ingredients for our dinner in Safeways - then cooked it on the excellent poolside BBQ and dined al fresco. Great comfy bed. Excellent wi-fi and TV. Breakfast was OK - could have done more than microwave snacks

The staff were really helpful, allowed us to book in despite being early. Good breakfast and pool and perfectly situated in town for the shop, restaurants and access to horseshoe bend and lake Powell.

We stayed the night and found the motel to be very nice. Coming from the UK it was a great place to stay if you want to check out Kingman. It's not far from the town and is even walkable distance to a great diner. I found the room to be very clean and the WiFi was very fast!
