Basic motel but a must stay if you’re travelling Route 66 and need a night’s rest in Kingman. Our room was clean and tidy with a comfortable bed. Also nice to have the convenience of parking our car directly in front of the room.

My husband and I stay here often in our travels between Arizona, New Mexico, and Nevada. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The facility has always been quiet and clean. It is a great place to stop and sleep; don't miss the Mexican restaurant next door!

The property and the room were very clean. Bed was comfortable. Shower had excellent hot water and good pressure. Blackout curtains were good. TV was excellent. Ice was available and plentiful. Well run property. Would recommend and will stay again if needed.

It's a basic motel for when you need a place to stay for a night on a road trip. For that, it is an excellent choice for a reasonable price. Everything works, the bed is comfy, easy to find. Ample parking. The air conditioning works well.
