"Left a poor review about the check in process and upon check out I got questioned about it on check out. It just is not a Hilton level of customer service… the conditioner bottle was empty, no hand soap, a smoking patio that was locked. It’s a decent place, just not what I expected. Plus the noise from the road was pretty intense (and I live in a loud city) "

"This hotel is beautiful and everything about our stay was wonderful. Upon arrival, the young lady at the desk came outside and showed us where to find the parking lot. Check-in was quick and smooth. When we opened the door to our balcony room, we were wowed by what we the saw. The color scheme and decor in the room were so pretty. The bathroom was a good size and everything was spotlessly clean. There was a very nice view from the balcony. The hallways and lobby were beautiful too. The included breakfast was in the adjacent boutique coffee/pastry shop. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety. This shop is so cute and the pastries are perfect. Everywhere is walkable from the hotel. "

"The actual hotel didn't match the photos, it was an outdated, dusty and old hotel. The room were newly renovated, however they were not fully ready and they were smelling as fresh paint. There was no restaurant by the lake, as in the photos. Also, there is no access to the lake. The food wasn't great. In the morning, there was no running water in the entire hotel."
