Calm, lovely staff always eager to help and so caring. Food - eat the fruit cheesecakes - yummy !! Atmosphere is peaceful and serene. Able to totally switch off and relax as other guests do also. Many happy faces in this hotel.

Amazing staff, very friendly and helpful. They were always smiling, no matter the time of the day. There were so warms and welcoming, made me feel comfortable as soon as I set foot in the lobby. The only thing that could get better is the shower disposition, there’s only a tiny panel of glass which most large enough so you always end up flooding the bathroom floor but it’s easily fixed due to the numerous towels! Other than that, I had a very pleasant stay.

Fascinating building, good value.

Very grand edifice and andalucian hacienda style. Spacious and interesting. Good value. Let down by the little things. No coffee/tea making facilities in room. Thermostat in room didn't affect temp so 24-25° throughout in Jan. But overall excellent value in an interesting building.

The hotel was beautiful, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Cons: The pool was closed and I didn’t see anything with the opening dates. The area is quiet and nice. The hotel is very far away from the city center, there’s nothing within walking distance. We arrived on a Sunday and even the public transportation was a challenge since they don’t operate at full capacity on Sundays. The restaurant was also closed that day which was a huge inconvenience. Wifi is not easily available in Spain in generally but particularly difficult in Seville. You must get some data on your cellphone prior to leaving the airport, they didn’t even have wifi at the bus station.

A charming property that is in need of renovation. We booked the hotel because it had air conditioning (it was warm for late October) only to learn that the air conditioning was already switched over to heat. We therefore had to open the window and the street noise was excessive .

Not worth your money :(

I will start by saying that the price is great, and the staff are very kind. The rooms are pretty and I wasn’t too hot despite the 90/40+ degree temperatures outside. That is where the pros end, unfortunately. The mini fridge in our room wasn’t working, and it hadn’t been cleaned at all prior to our stay, so there was nowhere to store food or drinks. There were extra blankets in the closet, but the one that is on the bed is so thin that it’s basically just a sheet. The pillows were horrifically uncomfortable, and I usually don’t say things like that. Dinner was fine, decently affordable but got old after the second day. We took a taxi to get dinner elsewhere on our third night. Breakfast was awful and should have been complimentary for how little there was. I hate to say it, but I feel like the hotel management counts on their remoteness and charges whatever they want for food in hopes that visitors will be too lazy to go elsewhere. The lobby is clean and smells great, but everything else just wasn’t up to par in terms of cleanliness. The door to our bathroom was broken, or just poorly maintained. It didn’t fit, I guess, because there was a loud screeching noise every time I tried to close it. I was afraid I’d broken it the first time, but I heard the same sound coming from multiple rooms. I had high hopes for this four-star hotel, but I can say with confidence that it isn’t worth four stars, or your money. I’m sorry to the hotel staff, you all were very kind.

Hotel muy bueno. Lo único que no consideraron fue que pese a que llegrmos muy tarde en la noche y que se trata de un hotel de descanso, les pedimos el favor de que extendieran una hora el check-out (programado para las10 am); sin embargo, fueron inflexibles. Hubieramos apreciado estar una hora más en el hotel para disfrutar de sus instalaciones. De resto, todo correcto.
