Property somewhat worn and needs a good paint job but wear and tear is understandable on a place that sees so many holiday makers. "Cooks Flat is a great find in Wrexham! Tranquil, peaceful and beautiful walks on the property. What a treat to stay on a private estate and visit the Victorian kitchen and games room. "Hotel was easy to find with plenty of parking available. Facilities were similar to what you would expect to see in a Travelodge, although the rooms felt bigger. Breakfast was nice. Standard English breakfast available and you help yourself and a Continental breakfast is available if you prefer with a reasonable selection."
