"Muy buena atención desde el momento que llegamos, el parqueadero es muy cerca, a 1 cuadra y media y es gratis durante la estadía. Nuestra habitación excelente, con todo en muy buenas condiciones, aire acondicionado, bata, chanclas, caja fuerte, articulos en el baño, todo de muy buen gusto y el mini bar es de cortesia, aguas, Te Hatsu, papas de paquete, galletas, chicles, etc.
El desayuno fue muy rico y completo y la atención espectacular.
En la piscina tambien nos fue muy bien, nos tomamos unos tragos y los precios excelentes.
El hotel queda a 2 cuadras del parque principal.
Definitivamente volveria a este hotel cuando vaya a Santa Fe de Antioquia."

"This is a beautiful facility. However there is constant noise with large trucks driving by from 6:30 am to 7 at night. The music played one night til 5 am from a neighboring property. Food was top notch. All made fresh so be prepared to wait. Service for drinks was very slow."

"Lol, where do i start...there was so many issues. Everything we asked for when it came to lunch and dinner that was on the menu was not available or they ran out of. My room was "the quadruple mountain view" but there was no but trees. The bathroom was not in the room and also i asked for extra towels and they could not accommodate us with any new towels. The room was super tiny when we are a family of 4. I will never come here again."
