"Staff was great. Rooms seem on the smaller side but they are nice. They have an alcove for suitcases with a shelf. Small kitchen area wirh microwave, fridge that is super cold, coffee maker, and sink. They have a hot tub and you can use the pool at the hotel across the street. Would definitely stay here again."
"The rooms were small but comfortable and functional. Would have preferred to take a mini fridge instead of a record player… the room smelled heavily of cleaning products which I am sensitive too… I like to know its clean but when it’s that strong, it just gives me a headache."
"Clean room, comfortable bed, and genuinely nice sheets. From a basic comfort standpoint, it checks the boxes.
That said, I came to Moab to ride and expected something that leaned into the whole adventure vibe. Instead, it felt more like a slightly upgraded Holiday Inn with better branding.
The café is small but the food is solid. The pool is clean. After that, things start to feel a bit underwhelming. No dresser in the room, ice is a bit of a rare commodity, and the in-room coffee situation is essentially a kettle and a tea bag pretending to be coffee.
For a town built around outdoor activity, I expected a little more effort. No real bike storage, no wash station, no rentals, no meaningful “adventure” perks. They do have a bike rack in the room, water bottles for sale at the front desk, and a few brochures in the lobby, which feels like checking the box rather than actually catering to riders.
The good news is the location does some heavy lifting. The adventure shop next door has free filtered water, and Moab Cyclery half a block away is excellent, with great mechanics, trail shuttles, and people who actually seem excited that you’re there to ride.
Overall, it’s a clean, comfortable place in a convenient spot. Just don’t come expecting an “adventure hotel.” It’s more of a regular hotel that knows what a mountain bike looks like."
"The hotel room was dirty, the hotel front staff were very nice, but due to cleanliness I would not stay there again. The beds had stains on them, the floors were dirty and sticky, bugs were hatching out of the air conditioning unit and drains and garbage was still under the beds from others who had stayed there."
"Traveled with 2 families with 12 total. A great pool area, easy ordering of food and drink, kids had a great time, easy access to both Canyonlands and arches. Would stay again for sure!"
