"The apartment is clean and spacious, with working appliances and facilities. However, the interiors (walls, doors, furniture) are quite worn and don’t match the photos. There’s also a lingering fried food smell, mentioned by other guests, that hasn’t been resolved. Communication before check-in was difficult and could be improved. "The apartment was spacious andvery clean. The living room didn't have a sofa though, only two armed chairs so there was no confortable area to sit at the end of the day. I was told I had an assigned parking but every time we came back tired from visiting the city I had to look for another place to park. Their parking area is VERY limited, the rest is street parking and you have to move the car before 8:00 am. Not good. The neighborhood is not too nice and there are some "different" people...
