"I would rate this lower if I could. When we first checked in, the man working the night shift told us we were not allowed anymore pillows or blankets unless it was an emergency because they were a sold out hotel. Our room had one very thin blanket, so we froze the entire night. He did give us another pillow after I explained that my boyfriend has trouble breathing and needed to be propped up. You could tell he was very annoyed because he was on a phone call on his personal phone with someone and we had interrupted. On the morning of check out, I had gone to the bathroom and found cockroaches in the shower. We showed the same man that morning and he explained he was sorry, but there was nothing he could do for us and to contact the manager the next morning. We contacted and they lied and said that we never said anything about this and because of that they would not refund. Don’t waste your morning on this place."

"The room is very well set up like a studio apartment. I couldn't have asked for a better place to spend the night."

"As soon as we pulled in we knew we couldn’t stay there. Curtains falling off of the windows, side walk was crumbling, the entire building was in shambles. It was rusty and there were cracks, paint was old. I should have known when it was the only hotel with an opening. I’m shocked they’re allowed to be open. They denied a refund to cancel. "
