Urgoo Boutique Hotel
Excellent boutique hotel with friendly helpful staff. Room was large and comfortable. Good amenities, very nice bathroom. Restaurant on site was very good. Only steps from major attractions. Quiet street. Cannot wait to return

Elegance Hotel
The hotel is decent but could use some maintenance and additional housekeeping staff. Examples include things like the exterior windows and door handles not being attached, or the fact I had to have my room key card re-authorized every day, and my rooms trash wasn't removed once in five days.

Seoul hotel Mongolia
They double charged us on our credit card and cash. When we tried to get our money back they refused to pay us. So I called Expedia and it took me calling over 10 times to get any where. I WOULD NEVER NEVER NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL AGAIN EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
