Great place for family stay

The staff were great and attentive. They did not have a vegan option fit breakfast but the make one up for us. Hotel is nicely tucked away from the main busy road. The pool was great for the kids and adults alike. Our room overlooked the monkey forest side and we managed to see some in action.

A beautiful and quiet setting in the heart of Ubud. Everything was very clean, well kept and our hosts were kind and genuine. There is a seamstress next door who was able to repair some clothing for a good price. A family room was offered at a reasonable price.

I have stayed here before - its good position and adequate facilities suit me well. There are a few steps to negotiate which doesn't suit my wife too well but they were able to move us to a room with fewer access steps, so that was fine.

The hotel is very central and a 5 minute walk from restaurants, massages and markets. Easy to get to on excursions from there. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was not very good, and the selection was poor. One of our children had an allergic reaction to the whole body after 10 minutes in the pool. Our 2 other children had minor reactions. There was far too much chlorine in the pool. The hotel itself is very worn out. There were ants in the room, but mostly at the door. The hotel is fine if you are only going to stay overnight, but would not recommend it for families with children

You definitely get what you pay for here. Excellent location, big room (we got room22), fantastic staff, great breakfast. Yes, it’s old. Bathroom needs a makeover. Yes it’s loud. There’s a band virtually next door playing classic rock music. If you can live with those things you won’t get a better deal. Walk 5mins to the monkey forest or 10mins to the main shopping district. Heaps of food, spa, laundry, and shops along the way.

This place was unique and conveniently located in the centre of Ubud. Other than the surrounding area being a bit noisy at night, staff were welcoming and the accommodation had a unique character.

The location is great, easy to walk anywhere. It’s center but quiet. The pool is a great feature to relax after a busy day. We had a double family room. It’s spacious but the bathroom needs an update. The staff is very nice and helpful and trustworthy.

Great location in central Ubud, easy to walk to shops, restaurants and Monkey Forest. Our family room was spacious, bathroom was adequate. Small, but very clean pool area was good to relax after a day out exploring. 4 breakfast options to choose from daily. Some noise from live music in local bars (earplugs soon solved the problem).

Centrally located no frills hotel. Nice stay

Very centrally located in Ubud. Just off a little lane from one of the two main streets. The pool is nice. I’d stay here again.

Perfect location

Like another review I found hard to find it’s down a lane (opposite a flip flop store) once I got there I was very pleased lots of amazing statues stunning pool. My room was on the 3rd floor overlooking the fool and hills. The food was great and staff very friendly. Just a short walk to the action

SIMPLE, BASIC, BUT PLEASANT!

This hotel is pleasant but it is very basic and a little bit dated. Indonesian hospitality is brilliant and this place was no exception - it's a happy place! A chair in the room would have been nice and so would a table or bench. I think a luggage rack would have been nice because I do not like leaving my suitcase on the floor. Lastly, the curtains were white and very see-through. Even with the curtains closed, as soon as the sun came up, the room was bathed in brightness! The curtains were not a very intelligent choice! But great location and a lovely, simple breakfast each day.

L’hôtel est très mignon et très bien situé, on peut tout faire à pied. L’extérieur est très mignon. J’étais dans un bungalow en hauteur, vue sur piscine. Ce n’était pas très calme car très mal isolé, mais avec des boules quies c’était ok. Pas d’eau dans la douche non plus.

Séjour très agréable. Petit déjeuner copieux et très bon. La piscine est propre et sympa. Bonne localisation, accessible à pied à une 50aine de mètre de la route. Chambre lumineuse, agréable avec la terrasse et très bien équipée. Petit bémol sur les rideaux qui laissent passer le jour et un jet d’eau dans la douche assez faible.
