I never stayed in a room without a mini fridge in my entire life. This was the first room. The room was tiny and very cramped. The bathroom was also very small and not comfortable to sit on the toilet. Parking was difficult because you had to drive a very steep ramp. I will not be staying at This Ibis anymore, will stay other one near by

Several of the window latches were broken. Therefore, the windows do not close properly, and the noise from the streets enters the room. I was moved to a new room, and again, the latches were broken. Also in the corridor (I took several videos and photos). I have more pictures of the room's details. Budget does not mean lack of maintenance. Very disappointed.

Fiquei hospedada no hotel entre 18 e 21/11 e, infelizmente, tive diversos problemas durante minha estada. No primeiro dia, no quarto 1172, o ar-condicionado não funcionava corretamente. Ele ligava e, pouco tempo depois, desligava sozinho, o que me fez passar a noite inteira acordando. No dia seguinte, solicitei a troca de quarto e fui para o 1272. Após levar minhas bagagens, descobri que a porta não trancava pelo lado de fora. Tentamos diversas vezes fechá-la e, mesmo assim, ela permanecia aberta. Recebi então o cartão do quarto 857, localizado em frente ao elevador e em condições piores do que o anterior. Em seguida tentamos o quarto 459, que também ficava em frente ao elevador e ainda tinha as travas da janela quebradas, o que deixava entrar todo o barulho da rua. Diante disso, acabei voltando para o 1272 e decidi permanecer nele mesmo assim. No dia seguinte, por sorte, a porta voltou a trancar. O hotel precisa urgentemente revisar os aparelhos de ar-condicionado, portas, janelas e realizar uma limpeza adequada nas grelhas, que estavam bastante sujas. No quarto 1272 também não havia shampoo disponível. Quanto ao café da manhã, foi bem fraco. O café estava sempre frio e de gosto ruim. Faltava reposição de alimentos, copos e talheres, e não fui a única a notar isso vários hóspedes comentaram o mesmo. Ao procurar a equipe da cozinha, frequentemente encontrava três funcionárias conversando, e percebia certo incômodo qdo solicitávamos reposição. Experiencia pessima, não indico!!
