O atendimento sempre foi muito atencioso, por por todos os funcionários, da recepção a camareira. O café da manhã merece destaque especial, tudo fresco, saboroso e percebe-se que preparado na hora. O quarto era grande, assim como o banheiro. Decoração parece ter sido renovada recentemente.

O Hotel parece que passou por uma reforma recente , o que fez com que a estadia fosse bem confortável. O café é delicioso com ótimas opções e o atendimento bem cordial. Quartos limpos, camas confortáveis. Sobre o quarto o que tenho a reclamar são: - TVs q não são smart (estamos em 2025, minha filha quis ver desenhos no YouTube e não foi possível) E sobre o hotel em geral reclamo de: - Academia que poderia ser ampliada (eu teria usado se não fosse tão limitada)
