"What a lovely place to land! The staff were lovely and very accommodating. The room was equipped with everything a traveler could need. and it was the cleanest accommodation I have stayed in. To top it off, it was quiet . We could not have asked for more. Thank you so much. Highly recommend!!!"

"Terrible experience. I arrived at 2am to find the establishment had overbooked and so did have a room for me. The night manager didn't seem to know that - just that she had instructions to send me to a small motel a block away, with incomprehensible directions to find a lock box in the dark where I would find a key. Whe I complained in the morning, the response was that it was better than not having a bed - as it they had done me a favour! The manager then asked me what I expected her to do...

"We are very happy to stay here. The service was outstanding. Th e staffs were warm, attentive, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We arrived quite early and asked about early check-in, and the front desk kindly accommodated us, which we really appreciated. The room was comfortable and thoughtfully designed, and the location was excellent. Breakfast was another highlight, with great quality and lovely service."

"The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Couple of of items that need attention. The curtains at the ranch slider had mould patches. There was some slight damage to the bathtub surround. Staff were great and eager to assist. Recommend the local Cranford Alehouse for meals. Parking was good however the last night had to park on the road as all parks were full. Kitchen was compact and had only 2 of everything e.g. utensils, glasses and cups so had to wash dishes often when preparing meals."

"Our room staff were very good. Always made up the room to a nice standard, clean and tidy. Our main gripe was the exorbitant room rates for a room that didn’t even supply a basic Sky connection but relied on you having an app to cover your in room viewing. Very high rate considering there were at least twenty motel units within 800 meters with vacancy’s. Will say the gardens and pool area were nicely kept."

"We had a great stay at The Observatory in Christchurch. It’s a beautiful hotel—formerly a university—and they’ve preserved the original aesthetic, which gives it a lot of character. The photos honestly don’t do it justice; it’s even more stunning in person. The room and bathroom were very spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable, and everything was spotless. The location is also very convenient. Would definitely recommend staying here."
