"Vi hadde brukt litt tid på å velge hotell på Trou aux Biches, hvilket jeg er glad vi gjorde. Dette er et fantastisk hotell som ligger på den desidert fineste del av stranden. Hotellet har i underkant av 20 store rom, delt inn i firemannsboliger. Rommene er store og renholdet er svært godt. Balkongene er så store at der både er sittegruppe og spisemøbler. De ansatte er hyggelige og behjelpelige. Vi hadde bestilt transport fra flyplassen gjennom hotellet, og taxisjåføren stod og ventet på oss med...

"Lovely hotel and a great beach. Stayed in a tropical junior suite and it’s spacious enough for 2 adults and a teenager. Bathroom is great and there is also an outside shower. Breakfast is varied and the area is kept spotless (such an improvement compared to Constance Belle Mare). We had dinner at Caravelle and Blue Ginger, all very nice. Lunch was at La Plage and it’s good. Beach service is efficient. Would come back!"

"This Hotel is wonderful. 20 of 10 points!! All employees are very friendly, work extremely efficiently and fulfil each wish you might have. We spent 10 nights in penthouse with private pool. Everything was luxurious, very clean. Employees are proud to work in this Hotel and you feel that. Everything worked perfectly. Also transfers etc, done by Maurijet and organized by the Hotel. Just great!! Thanks again for absolute great service. "

"L'appartement est globalement équipé avec le nécessaire. Seulement la propreté laisse à désirer. Serviettes et draps tachés. Nous avons trouvé plusieurs cafards . Et avons dû insister fortement pour que l'appartement soit nettoyé pendant notre séjour. Le lit est très inconfortable. On sent les ressorts dans le dos. Donc maux de dos garantis. La piscine ferme très tôt le soir. Très déçu."

"Medelmåttigt lägenhetshotell som behöver en renovering. Nära till det mesta som man behöver, mkt fin strand 3 min bort där finns en hel del aktiviteter om man så önskar. Hotellets restaurang är bra. Lyhörda rum och vi vaknade vid 6.30 varje morgon av att det lät som någon studsade bollar på plåttaket...Hade vid flertalet tillfällen kackerlackor på rummet. Poolen har en alldeles för hög temperatur och därmed inte alls svalkande. Men personalen är mycket trevlig och hjälpsamma! "

They have really taken on board the Mauritian way and that translates into a really relaxed vibe. Wonderful food and a great night's sleep! Highly recommend if you want an authentic experience that is a stone's throw from a paradise beach!"

"There were cockroaches on the property.WE PAID FOR 9 DAYS BUT THE Manager refused to listen to our complaints or refund.If you going on a holiday the last thing you want is to go chasing cockroaches.There is no one to receive your complaints except a guard that doesnt speak English.Closing at 2 pm still means that you need a contact to help solve these issues.My family had to drive another 1 hr to get a hotel.What a nightmare?"

"Personne pour nous accueillir, cocktail d'arrivée zéro, aucun interlocuteur même en journée, Chambre sur la route avec le bruit très tôt des livreurs du supermarché a coté de l'hôtel, terrasse minuscule rien à voir avec les photos du site, le salon avec deux fauteuils pour quatre personnes, pression d'eau tellement faible que pour se doucher il faut faire un planning un à un et ne pas utiliser les toilettes, la piscine avec la peinture décollée et pourvu de deux transats pour tout l'hôtel....
