"Hotel feels new and clean. The lobby is on the 14th floor and there are lots of free snacks and drinks in the afternoon. The view from the lobby lounge is great, and it’s a relaxing environment. Room was small but standard for Japan. We got the room at a special rate of about $100 USD per night which I think was a great deal. There are also larger more expensive rooms which I may try next time. Would definitely stay here again if in Hiroshima. Nice central location."

"Excellent hotel! The location is unbeatable—it’s just a short walk from the train station, making it incredibly convenient for connections to the Shinkansen and JR lines. There’s also a beautiful shopping mall right next door with plenty of great restaurants and shops, so everything you need is within walking distance. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. I also appreciated all the thoughtful amenities the hotel provided, including pajamas, toiletries, and everything needed for a relaxing stay. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay, making the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, everything was perfect. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and an excellent location."

"Although we were only there for 1 night, it was perfect for what we needed. Nice big rooms for two people. Extremely clean property, very friendly and helpful staff. So close to the Shinkansen, street cars and JR lines, which made it that much easier for getting around."
