アネックス別館のダブルルームでお世話になりました。 松山城に行きたくてロープウェイ駅から近いので便利です。 バスルームは、大変快適使いやすいです。 シャンプーの置いてある位置気が効いていると思いました。天井から出てくるシャワー ダイワロイネット姫路もそうでしたがいいです。 ただ、部屋のカーペットが色が汚れが目立って残念でした。 ロビーのアメニティーやパンフレットも豊富で良いです。 朝食は、少し残念かなぁという感じです。狭いです。空調の効きが悪くて暑かったです。 テナントが兼業してるから仕方ないのかな。 駐車場は、タワーパーキングなんで仕方がないですが最初に入庫に時間がかかりました。 出庫の際も控えの番号の紙のナンバーが 違って時間がかかりました。 総合的には、清潔感があり、とても良い雰囲気のホテルだと思います。

모든 것이 만족스러운 숙소였어요. 수압과 냉방이 훌륭했고 가지수는 많지 않은데도 두종류의 조식이 모두 맛있었어요. 무엇보다 릴렉스룸에 있는 마사지체어가 하루 여행의 피로를 푸는데 도움이 많이 됐어요. 오카이도상점 바로 앞이고 로프웨이랑 거리가 가까워서 산책하며 선물사고 맛집다니기도 좋았습니다.

일본 평균적 룸 사이즈보다 넓어 좋았음. 아넥스(annex, 별관)은 신축건물이라서 좀 더 깨끗해 좋았음. 직원들의 응접 태도가 매우 친철하고 좋았음. 둘쨋날 자고 일어나니 에어컨 조절을 잘못하고 자서 그런지 감기에 걸려서 나머지 2일은 매우 힘들게 일정을 보내 아쉬었으나 이것은 내 잘못이겠지요...ㅎㅎ 조금 개선되었으면 하는 점은 조식 뷔페의 퀄러티와 종류인데, 동일한 메뉴가 계속 제공되는 점, 메뉴별 퀄러티기 조금 아쉽고, 후식(과일)의 종류가 2가지 정도로 너무 작아서 실망했어요. 그래서 저의 이 호텔에 대한 최종 평점은 5점 만점에 4점.

The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There were two breakfast options: a Japanese & Western buffet restaurant and a traditional Japanese restaurant. The buffet offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, while the traditional Japanese restaurant specialized in fresh sashimi. Overall, I had a very satisfying stay and would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit.

The reception is on the second floor and we missed it initially as we were looking for ground floor reception counter. Once arrived at the reception, we were immediately greeted by friendly patient staff who arranged for luggage storage to allow us to start exploring the city. The amenities were available near the reception area, as guests can just collect ones that they need. The rooms we had were spacious, spotless clean and very homely. The bathroom and toilet are separate and allow 2 people to use at the same time. They were also very well kept. The location is extremely convenient as it’s almost diagonally across the road from Okaido Shopping Street, where my family has a great time bargain hunting. When our bags are full, we just went back to leave the stuff, had a rest then continued shopping as it’s so near. There are also quite a number of eating places around the area. Checking out is also very easy and was done within 5 minutes. The staff also help us call to book taxi to travel to JR station where we continue our journey. We booked it more than 6 months before our trip and we got a real good price for the stay. Definitely highly recommended for travellers who seek comfortable and convenience!

員工英文不錯 溝通很清楚 房間剛好比較早訂直接雙人大床升級成三人房 房間蠻大的還不錯 早餐普通 吃的人蠻多的 需要很早或很晚比較不用排隊

ロケーションがよいのに部屋の静粛性が保たれ、浴室も広く快適、マッサージチェアも大いに利用させていただき、しっかりと疲れも取れました。機会があればまた利用したいホテルです。

酒店有泊車位，地點方便。過馬路就是步行街，而且有很多美食選擇，房內還有一個腳部按摩機，真係舒服。

The staff in this hotel were extremely helpful with packing up delicate items before we travelled. They also offered free decaf drip coffee bags which is extremely rare in Japan and was very welcome. The location was convenient for various sights. The room was a little tight as we had three people staying in a room, so an extra bed had been added; without that it would have been quite good.
