"I only stayed for one night, but had a wonderful stay. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and helpful with recommendations. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the attention to detail is great. The room was clean and comfortable, the ambience in the reception area makes it a nice place to relax. And the rooftop pool is a great area to soak up the sun. The hotel itself is in a great location, not too far from the city centre and is well connected. Close by are the Gardens Compans Caffarelli, which are beautiful to walk around. I would recommend to anyone visiting Toulouse! "

"The hotel was in a great location. Easy to get to the centre and a short car journey from the airport. Safe area and quiet. Really nice to have a kitchenette. Good amenities. We had a late flight and because they were not full we were able to pay a little extra for a late checkout, which was really helpful. Would recommend this hotel."

"For my purposes - attending a concert at the Zenith Arena, Residhome Occitania was perfect. Just a short walk from the venue. The hotel is well run, and clean, and the rooms are spacious and pleasant enough. The mattresses are very firm, but not uncomfortable. And each room has a small kitchen area. The location, 3km from the city centre may not suite everyone, but for me, that was no problem... and overall it was a good value stay. One addition that would be nice is some USB charging ports in the room."

"The beds were very comfortable with quality linens. The bathroom had a tub, plenty of counter space, towel warmers and quite large. The mini kitchen came in very handy. The breakfast was amazing with a huge assortment of choices. Staff were helpful and professional."

"Great modern apartment hotel which is well placed for a city trip (access via metro or two bridges means it takes 10mins max to the 'old town' of Toulouse). Room wasn't quite ready yet when we arrived (rooms are advertised as available from 3pm) but the lounge area made it a pleasant wait. Would recommend this place for those looking to travel with kids or those would want a little more space and the option to cook (all apartments have a kitchen). "

"This hotel would be great for a very short stay. Rooms are clean, showers nice, beds are comfy. Breakfast is excellent, if a bit pricey. The vibe is fun and funky, with eclectic decor. And the location is perfect. BUT... Choose somewhere else for a stay longer than 1-2 days. The rooms have no storage (no drawers or cupboards), just a high shelf with a few hangers on the edge. There were no chairs in our room. The fridge is is smaller than most places I've stayed, and ours did not work well. There was no coffee maker or kettle (we were told we could have borrowed one from the front desk, but we just bought a mini kettle at Darty.) The rooftop bar was fun, but crowded, noisy, and service was slow. The restaurant was disappointing. It was the most mediocre meal we had in Toulouse, while also being the most expensive of our two-week stay. The food wasn't bad, but it was a bit bland and our appetizer (falafel) was overcooked and dry. The takeaway: Great hotel for a short stay, super location, friendly staff. Try the breakfast and visit the rooftop bar, but skip the hotel restaurant have dinner at one of the many excellent places within walking distance."
