"Very nicely built wooden chalet. The mattress is of 5 star hotel standard. Good farm view from the balcony. There may be noise from the railway but the balcony glass door is well sound proofed.
Owner of the hotel was very nice indeed.
Highly recommend Artisan to anyone."

"Staff is great, room is spacious and come with their own private hot spring which is amazing. Only downside is nothing much around there but that’s Jiaoxi in a nutshell. Would recommend to stay 5/5. "

Grand Hyatt Taipei
10/10 Excellent
"Our family had a truly wonderful experience at Grand Hyatt Taipei. From the moment we arrived, the friendly, helpful, and responsive staff made us feel completely at ease. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality stood out throughout our stay.
The room was spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of space for our family to relax. We especially appreciated how attentive the staff were to accommodating small children — it made a big difference in helping us feel welcome and supported.
The hotel’s location is fantastic, with convenient sky bridges connecting directly to nearby malls, making shopping and dining incredibly easy and enjoyable.
We’re already looking forward to our next visit and will gladly recommend Grand Hyatt Taipei to friends and family traveling to Taiwan!

"We had a good experience staying at this hotel. Our luggage was safe when we dropped it off in the morning before checking in. The hotel was clean and for the most part we didn't hear noise from the surrounding rooms. It was easy to do laundry but the dryer to the right did not work well. The two washers and dryers required coins, which we could get from the front desk. The metro entrance was right outside the building making it easy to travel around the city. We didn't pay for the breakfast at the hotel but had no trouble finding food nearby. "
"The room is spacious, and the location is prime—just a hop, skip, and jump from the train station, a convenience store, and loads of food spots across. Raohe Street is only a short walk away, too! The staff? Total legends when it comes to giving directions. One quirky thing though: they’ve got slippers ready for your feet, but don’t expect a toothbrush or toothpaste—guess they’re letting you bring your own sparkle!"
"They offered us late check-out due to our late flight. We liked the breakfast ; many food options. The carpet in our room was a bit dirty but not smelly. The location of the hotel is very convenient for dinning; shopping and transportation. "
"This hotel is very central to everything you would want in Taipei: quite a gem really. We used the subway system extensively, which is only minutes away. Plenty of nice small eating places nearby. Our room was huge: in-room amenities great, staff always a great help and the shower was especially fantastic. Nothing negative to report. Would we stay again: definitely & especially at the fantastic 7-night rate we got through Expedia. Easy to get around & the locals were very friendly. This was our first time in Taipei/Taiwan: super stay, especially the food: lots of it and cheap. We are happy to do this honest review as we are a married couple, over 65, fit and know how important these reviews are to us and our fellow travellers. Thanks for your time, ALGreynomads. "
