"Excelente acomodacao! Limpeza, gentileza da recepcao, quarto maravilhoso! Esperava mais do cafe da manhã. Chegamos as 9h30 e ja estavam montando mesa de almoço para um evento. Não tinha ninguem no café para nos atender. A piscina estava com muito cloro e o spa indisponivel, nao pudemos usar. No geral é muito bom! Mas acho que fomos numa data em que havia um evento de bike que atrapalhou um pouco o atendimento do cafe da manha. "

"This is a great accommodation. Room is spacious, comfortable and updated. Our room was above the Bistro which was great for a glass of wine at the end of the day and coffee and breakfast in the morning. Visit the Brolio Castle for great valley views. Wine tasting at Ricasoli is excellent. Everyone we dealt with were friendly and helpful. Finally Osteria Brolio the on site restaurant is worth trying good food well prepared. Overall very positive experience highly recommend you visit and stay."

"This is a beautiful, peaceful place to stay in Tuscany. The rooms are spacious, and ours overlooked the gardens. The furniture in our room was all antique, so the chairs weren’t very comfortable, but out on the balconies there are much comfier places to sit during the day. "We could not be happier with our stay at Il Verreno. We arrived late on our first night and they were able to hold our table in the restaurant for dinner. My husband had Coeliac disease and not once did we have to tell the staff, they had a note in file and every single one of them remembered for the whole trip. They made changes to the menu for him, ensuring he had gluten free bread and pasta etc. the service was excellent throughout the hotel, the hotel was clean and the rooms are beautiful....

"O lugar é lindo. Acordar com vista para os vinhedos faz o seu dia ser melhor. Os quartos são novos, num bom tamanho e a limpeza estava excelente. O atendimento foi também bastante cuidadoso. Desde o check in, passando passando café da manhã e chegando ao check out. As refeições no restaurante do hotel também estavam deliciosas. Certamente voltaremos."
