"Pros: 1. Beautiful property with an amazing view. 2. Spacious family suite 3. Comfortable bed 4. Quiet, waking up to birds singing in the morning. Cons: 1. Stink bugs in the suite; once we understood they are common this time of year and easy to capture and release outside, it was ok. 2. Showers are very small. 3. A/C not turned on this time of year; was not offered fans until the last day. 4. Minimal amenities. 5. Few outlets The villa is beautiful, just be prepared for a “rustic”...

L'appartamento da me prenotato non era adatto ad una famiglia con bambini e il suo livello di manutenzione non era accettabile. Bellissimi gli ambienti comuni e buona la colazione. "Vår vistelse på Podere La Strega var fantastisk! Paret som hade hand om oss var alldeles underbara. Frukosten var trevlig vid ett stort gemensamt bord och god mat, mannen på hotellet ordnade en riktigt bra kaffe! Poolområdet var rent och fräsch och det märktes att de tar väl hand om stället. Vi vill åka tillbaka redan nu!"

Sitting on the terrace overlooking the countryside…just stunning. The view from our window was equally spectacular. Easy to get into the city. Bed was comfortable and room was well appointed. "My fiancé and I took a rental car from Florence to do an overnight stay here and our only regret was that we did not choose to stay longer. This resort was the absolute highlight of our trip. The views are stunning, the wine is superb, and the staff and amenities are high-class. My only advice to not overpack so you can bring home some bottles of wine and olive oil!"
