"The staff was excellent. As a group, the nicest staff I have ever experienced. The room was extraordinarily clean. Location was excellent near the cathedral. Lots of motorbikes but with the windows closed not much of an issue. Plus the food in Parma is better than the food where you are including the breakfast at the hotel which was a feast of Sicilian fruits and charcuterie. "

"We have travelled to many places around the world and the Hotel Unico d’art is right up there with the very best. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by Monica who along with the rest of the staff could not have been more warm and friendly and helpful to us.
