"I had a reservation at this hotel but was told that due to unforeseen circumstances I would have to transfer to another hotel. No real explanation given. The other hotel was fine but it was odd that no explanation was given for the switch."

Firstly we booked a family room for 5 guests and the 5th bed was not made up - we arrived late in the evening and when we went to make up the bed only one sheet, one pillow case and one blanket available. Also only 3 towels provided ..."
