"Booked a Pool View room, but was allocated a room in the further most corner of the resort. You could see the pool in the distance so technically a "pool view" however this drew a very long bow considering the picture provided by WOTIF indicated an adjacent building "overlooking the pool. I get that WOITF does not allocate the rooms, howver dont get me to pay more for less. Better communication between booking agent & venue required as customer certainly feel betrayed. Would be hisitant again...
