El administrador nos trató muy mal, exigiéndonos identificación a AMBOS huéspedes. Mi esposo, quien no era el titular de la reserva solo llevaba su licencia de conducir y no se la quería aceptar como documento de identificación.
Al momento de pedirle su consentimiento de protección de datos, ya que tenía nuestras identificaciones, nos dijo que ingresáramos a su página oficial. Nos proporcionó una liga INEXISTENTE. www.hotelit. com Así que el exige identificación, pero NO HAY CERTEZA DE PARA QUE SE UTILIZARÁ TU INFORMACIÓN.
