"I booked a “Deluxe Loft, 1 Double Bed, Non Smoking, City View” that was supposed to be 538 sq ft (ca. 50 m²)
When I got to the hotel, I was given a room that was barely 150 sq ft (ca. 14 m²), and when I asked the reception if a mistake was made, I was told the loft I booked was “closed for the winter”.
Instead of a nice city view, we had a lousy view of a fatigued backyard.
That is a problem because the room I got was much cheaper than the one I paid for. In addition to that, the Loft is...
