"Room and breakfast was what is expected of low cost stay.The room was ok,but thin cardboard walls,kids running up and down the halls all night long.Staff polite and 99%helpful .Car park is a joke.The car park listed was the main reason hotel was chosen.No reply messages from hotel.Cant park in hotel and had to park in what seemed like a train station car park.Would i stay here ever again....No."

"We booked this hotel for its location and price, on arrival the staff were so friendly and welcoming, we extended our stay by 1 night, set in a lovely location. The night before we checked out we had already booked up to stay again for longer, this has now become our new hotel to stay in every time we come down to see family and friend. Excellent place 5 out of 5 all round. 👍👍"

"Feels like a hotel that’s bitten off more than it can chew. Lack of towels and water in the room, had to ask for more. Spa facilities good, if not a little basic. Has a touch of a school or detention centre rather than a “luxury” spa hotel perhaps. Someone in the room next door woke us up at 6am with the most disturbing guttural noises. Bordering on vomiting, perhaps near death. Hopefully they made it to breakfast. Thin walls. Staff were friendly enough and the iron was clean at least."

"Very poor greeting- unmanned reception- wait half an hour for someone to deal with booking me in! Unacceptable- the guy behind the bar, is not trained to hand a key over! Absolute joke"

"Room was OK , not the biggest in the world but for the price was as expected. There was only a Plug socket one side of the bed so I couldn't use my phone and charge overnight with it handy. Hairdryer didn't work - not the end of the world but all appliances should be checked every time the room is prepped in my opinion."
