We were put in the worst appartment that was like the black hole of calcutta....

Absolutely shocking apartment, no fans or air conditioning, no clean towels , even had to go out and buy toilet paper as it wasn’t replaced. Cleaners never made beds , I think all they did was to flick a mop around. Reception only open at odd hours , charged for safe , charged for Wi-Fi which was in and out all the time . Pool nice , but a real bad drain smell near sun beds . Apartment was really tired and grubby , the whole place is in dire need of a refurbishment, paint peeling every where , furniture tired and old , Good location and reasonably quiet area But that’s about all that’s good about it We checked out after 3 days and moved to another hotel .

Posizione centralissima, pulizia, gentilezza del personale! Ogni appartamento ha il suo terrazzo con tavolino, sedie e affaccio sulla piscina! Struttura vicinissima supermercati, ristoranti, fermata del bus e mare! Si trova facilmente parcheggio per la macchina!

Apparut hôtel relativement agréable mais vieillot. Les chambres sont très standard et simplistes. Le wifi est payant mais ne fonctionne pas. La réception n’est ouverte que 2h par jour en milieu de journée. Pas facile si vous faites des activités.

Good accommodation in Puerto del Carmen Lanzarote

A good place to stay close to the beach, restaurants, cafes and shops. Quiet place for adults no TV which was a good idea to help unwind.

El sitio esta muy próximo al paseo y las playas, es muy tranquilo y casi sin ruidos. A los apartamentos se accede por una gran cristalera y aunque el sitio parece seguro por las noches da un poco de apuro dejarla abierta por si se cuela alguien. Los apartamentos tienen todo lo necesario para cocinar, que en nuestro caso no utilizamos y son muy limpios. Necesitan una reforma y tienen muebles del siglo pasado. La piscina es mas que suficiente para darse un buen chapuzón. Hay tres cosas muy negativas para mi: 1 no tienen televisor 2 no hay wifi 3 no hay aire acondicionado ni ventilador (el ventilador si quieres te lo alquilan) Creo que cualquier sitio a la fecha que estamos tendría que tener estas cosas por comodidad de los huéspedes. El sitio pasa sin pena ni gloria y si solo lo quieres para dormir y pasar todo el día por ahí te va a venir bien porque es de los mas económicos, si quieres algo mas este no es tu sitio. Las recepcionistas y los empleados muy simpáticos y dispuestos a ayudar.

Beautiful apartment

Beautiful apartments which were kept clean and tidy. Some guests did not like that there was no pool bar or piped music but that was one of our favourite things! Staff friendly and helpful. Very good location as near to the main shopping and restaurant road but still quiet. Couple of little supermarkets a couple of minutes from the apartment. Highly recommend it for a quiet break especially as it is adult only.

The accommodation was very good the staff were excellent and very helpful The pool and gardens were well maintained an very clean the apartment was cleaned daily and towels changed regularly The location is very central.

Hebergement très bien placé, à 5 ou 6 mn à pied de la plage et des commerces. Épicerie a côté pour depannage. Endroit calme, belle piscine. Lit pas du tout confortable et trop petit. Logement meriterait un entretien un peu plus soigné nettoyage dans les coins, repeindre faire les vitres avoir des rideaux plus occultants surtout si vous êtes à proximité de la rue. Accès pas facile pour personnes en difficultés motrices ( bcp d'escaliers) si vous logez à l'étage. Cependant les personnes de la réception sont souriantes arrangeantes et disponibles. Un vrai plus.

Needs lots of TLC

We're Lanzarote regulars stayed all over PDC mainly in self catering, so have plenty of experience of the value for money we should expect. San Francisco Park is in a great location, really close to the front in between Los Pocillos & Playa Grande just up from Golden Corner. There's no hill to climb but there is a flight of steps that takes you down to reception, we're mid 40's so no problem for us but after a few drinks it can become a challenge. The place could be fantastic but it's clear to see their maintenance programme is as basic as the fittings. From shower head, toilet seats to cutlery & crockery etc. etc. Everything is the cheapest and has been there for years & years. If you wanted to spruce up our particular apartment you have to replace everything. There's also no microwave, TV & hairdryer iron etc needs to be hired. There was urine stains on the ceiling from upstairs directly above my bed where the w/c pan must have leaked or still leaks. There's cracked tiles everywhere, flaking paint all over. The cleaners were great and did their best but "polishing a turd" comes to mind. We'll keep an eye on the place but will not return until we've spotted some major maintenance works being done.

Great value property in good location. Overall condition of studio is very tired and in need of updating but you get what you pay for and if you’re looking for a cheap base for a few days away this could be it. Bonus being adults only so nice and quiet

Very friendly staff, we needed the smoke alarm battery changing and also had a broken chair on the balcony. Both were sorted immediately. Lovely and quiet. Only bad points were reception closes for a few hours in the day and the gate is left open and unlocked at night.

Super location, no complaints!

Cheap and cheerful! Been back a number of times. No frills but always clean and well maintained. Right in the centre of things- excellent location, pleasant staff but very cold pool!!!

Nice small and quiet complex, very close to shops, bars and the sea. Our first apartment was a studio tucked away in a corner and was very dark and got no sunlight. We moved to a first floor which was much better. Very poor self-catering facilities, just a 2 ring hob which takes ages to heat food. Towels were very thin and one was very ripped. Beds comfy. All extra are charged, sunbed mattresses (take a towel to lieon top as they are very dirty), parasol, hair dryer, iron. It is basic but very cheap, a good base with no frills.

One of the strangest places I’ve ever stayed, can’t make any noise between 11pm & 11am, everyone sits around pool in silence, don’t dare touch a subbed that you didn’t take off the pile or you’ll be told off even if it’s not got a towel on it! Apparently it’s already taken you’ve just got to know this. Was told off for sitting on balcony having a drink, apparently people go back again and again cos it’s so quiet! No they go back cos it’s cheap n can drink own alcohol at the pool, you can hear a pin Drop at night. Towel changed once, bedding not during the week we were there and only saw a cleaner twice where she made the bed And mopped floor with a dirty mop. If your over 60 & want a holiday where no one speaks this place is for you. Was not made to feel welcome at all

Great place to stay, although a little basic.

Apartment was basic but clean and more than suitable for our needs as we tend to use it mainly as a base for sleeping and showering and not as a home from home, it had beds, a toilet, a shower and a kettle, we didn't need or use anything else. Ideally located just 100 metres from the strip and the bus stop for the trips and bus service to explore the island with shops and a bar next door. Only issue we had was one of the beds creaked really badly which affected our sleep and although i mentioned it twice it never got rectified hence why i didn't give 5 star rating, apart from that we had no issues and were very happy with the service we received from the reception staff to the cleaners.

Se puede mejorar

No voy a inventar nada la verdad es lo que vale estuvimos 8 dias y los dos primeros fueron muy malos nos dieron el apartamento en una esquina sin apenas corria el aire lis colchones de muelles muy pasado se dormia fatal tras la primera noche ya por la mañana siguiente vimos dos cucarachas que tal vez entraron del jardin o eso creo creer.nos fuimos a quejarnos y nos dieron otro apartamento enorme con colchones mejores y muy limpio el resto de dias estuvieron muy bien eso si si no podeis vivir sin tele no os lo recomiendo no hay tele y no se puede hablar muy alto es un complejo de total tranquilidad de echo no hay niños.en fin volveria si me dan el mismo apartamento el ultimo claro .pero prefiero otra ocion con tele y un poco de animacion.tambien hay que saber que te cobran el wifi.si quieres un ventilador 1 euro al dia.el secador de pelo tambien.el papel de wc si lo compra el uesped.ect espero que os sirva de ayuda
