Front desk staff very helpful cleaning staff not soo helpful didnt speak english... room was ok (talking about the beds) just dirty, filthy, room wasnt vacuumed bathroom floor was dirty like not swept , we had spiderwebs , toilet was not working, ceiling was leaking. Fairmont Austin
My stay at the Fairmont was so wonderful that I didnt want to leave. The room was impeccable, the hotel itself is gorgeous and the staff could'nt be more helpful and nice. Loved it. Ill be back.
