"Pros: close to Centro, spacious, kitchen well equipped, A/C in bedroom area (that mostly cooled living room too), big balcony with view, pet friendly. Hostess was very responsive & helpful. Cons (not really cons, just things to CONsider): no check-in desk (it says hotel but it’s more like an Airbnb), 1/2 to 3 flights of stairs so if you have heavy luggage that might be an issue. Handrails only on 1 side of stairs."

"I’d like to give my super honest review of the property to advise other patrons to be smart when traveling. The hotel was great I’m not going to lie and say it wasn’t clean and in an amazing location. What disappointed me was the way they tried to rip us off when we asked for us to be transported to a town an hour away. She quoted me $2300 pesos.
