Our stay was perfect, and what we loved the most was the attentiveness of the staff! The team at Clandestino is amazing. Extra heater (it is necessary in winter), early breakfast, a private chauffer for the trip, everything was arranged quickly and efficiently! The location is great, and the property is gorgeous!

The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. There was a bit of a language barrier between us and the staff and us, but with the help of my limited Spanish knowledge and translator apps, we made it through! We were brought coffee each morning, and treated with care and respect. The room was clean and cozy. The bed was a bit firmer than I like, but that is just personal preference.

Pros- Loved this hotel. It is cozy and quiet with a lovely, helpful staff. It is walking distance to Centro or an inexpensive Uber ride if preferred. I was served a lovely breakfast on the patio at a time requested. Highly recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at Clandestino Hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and gracious, making check-in smooth and welcoming. My room was beautiful, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. I also loved the hotel’s location—close enough to the center to explore easily, yet tucked away just enough to enjoy a sense of seclusion and calm. Highly recommend for a relaxing and stylish stay in San Miguel.
