"normally embassy suites is my go place when going out of town. But I must make this observation with dismay as it appears the quality of this brand is going down. The a/c in room rattled very loud, had to turn it down in order for unit to be quieter. Also next door neighbors was noisy could hear just about everything!!! Also cooking smells permeate our room from neighbors... not very pleasant .. disappointed .......rk"

"Didn’t live up to the way it was advertised. 4 star hotel (vip access) but wifi is 15usd unless you have a Marriot account, when I made one I still got charged and staff didn’t do nothing about it didn’t even look like they cared. Staff aren’t really welcoming and you can find better rooms in any other hotel "
