Nice staff, tasteful furnishings, coffee-making facilities, proximity to the Night Market, make this a very good choice for tourists or holiday-makers. Trips to & from Old Sukhothai are cheap & easy to arrange, and take around 20 -25 minutes. NOTE: Make sure you have the BOLT App on your phone, as transport options are otherwise more challenging than in bigger cities."

"ホテル自体はきれいで清潔です。ただし、窓を閉め切っていても室内に小虫（コバエのような害はない小さな虫）が多く、やや不快に感じました。虫対策を行った方がよいと思います。フロントデスク周辺は冷房が効いていますが、階段（エレベーターはありません）や廊下は空調が効いておらず暑いです。一方で、客室には比較的新しいエアコンが設置されており、冷房をつければ快適に過ごせます。ベッドは大きめの木製台の上にマットレスが乗っているタイプで、木の角に足をぶつけそうで少し怖いと感じました。利用の際は注意が必要です。トイレにはウォシュレットはありませんが、ウォーターガンが設置されています。シャワーの水圧や温度は問題ありません。スタッフの対応は良好ですが、英語はほとんど通じないため、コミュニケーションはやや難しいです。ただし、皆さん親切なので翻訳機を使えば問題なく対応できます。駐車場は非常に広く、利用に不便はありません。総じて清潔感のあるホテルで、日本人でもあまり気にせず宿泊できると思います。次回もまた利用したいです。"

"It was pleasure to return to the Ruean Thai after 7 years. Still the same friendly, attentive service. Rooms are well maintained, clean and easily accessible. Food in the on-site restaurant is of a good standard. All round a very pleasant stay, as always."

"This was a very nice hotel to stay in in downtown New Sukhothai, close to many restaurants and not that far from the bus station. My room was very nice and clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The air conditioning worked fine. My biggest complaint is that there was no hand soap in the bathroom, though I could use shower gel."
