What a stunning quiet environment that gave us lots of options for quiet time snd active times. Great for family. Loved that we were able to also see locals fishing and be close enough to visit local food shopping markets. Bus service to Khao lak was helpful.beautiful, friendly and kind staff

The resort was excellent. We wanted a quiet location with plenty of things to do on site. The private beach suited us very well as did the other beach 5 minutes walk away, with a choice of good bars. The staff were efficient, friendly and very helpful. We wanted a quiet holiday where everything goes smoothly and that is what we got.

Visited in august, snd unfortunately was very wet for the 4 days we were there. Not alot to keep us enetertained during thebrain. However, resort was Amazing, pools were great. Lots to do if weather is on your side. Breakfast buffet felt limited and in busy season i suspect itbwould be very busy. A few options for dining walking distance from resort. Would recommend going down to beach for further places to eat.

The hotel did not have a reservation for us, though we had paid for it through Hotels.com. Fortunately, they had a room available, but not the Family Suite I had booked on Hotels.com. The resort accommodated us the best they could, but there was a disconnect somewhere in our booking.

Bad experience here. Staff knocked my room door badly loud while my family was deeply sleeping. I asked for their reaponsibility ( i talked to khun Pu at check-in counter) she said she will ask her GM, but one night pass with no responsibility from any GM. Food here is bad taste. Beach bar staffs are not professional , they also worked very loudly that made bad atmosphere. I can tell I hate here. This is my only vacation of a year, but see what I get!!!

Un bel hotel mais sans plus.

Un bel hotel doté d’une magnifique piscine. La chambre est grande et belle mais manque cruellement de propreté (boite de condoms retrouvée et traces de dentifrice sur le miroir). De nombreux moustiques et un restaurant cher qui ne sert pas specialement une bonne cuisine. Allez au bout de la rue a gauche pour un endroit bien plus sympa !

Overall super, one little neg.

We are travelling around Thailand and this place was so far the most impressive package. We booked for one night at first and ended up extending at the frontdesk for another 3 nights. One upsetting negative: my phone charging cable had been swapped to an old, non-working one somehow while in the room, which I only realized when I arrived at the next hotel. Oh well, have to go out and buy a new one. Overall

Nice resort, clean and great rooms. Staff (restaurant, etc) a bit slow, in the evening food takes ages. There is also a nice beach along the road.

Relaxing, Enjoyable Stay

Very good check-in service, the room we booked was not available, so they allowed us to view and choose an alternative room including room upgrades. The resort looked very clean and new, good finish quality, good architectural features. Nice swimming pool and close to a beach.

It is quite risky to stay at this hotel during Covid-19 since the hotel doesn't have policy to have their staff wearing mask while they have to have pretty close connection with Thai and overseas guests. However, after seeing the staffs at the dining chit-chatting over at the food station (especially at the live station) which could possibly be the disease spreader, I decided to make a complaint concerning dining hygiene. The next day, after the complaint, I could see the improvement since most of the staff were wearing mask and be more aware about the situation.

Schöne Anlage- Strand sehr eingeschränkt nutzbar

Die Villa war sehr schön. Für 5* ist der Service enttäuschend- Frühstück alles Selbstbedienung (auch Kaffee), Säfte aus den Automaten! Der Strand ist nur zu bestimmten Zeiten über eine Plastebrücke erreichbar und darf nur eine kurze Strecke benutzt werden- dann ist Militärgebiet.Die Sauberkeit und die Anlage sind ok- wem es gefällt einen Urlaub am Pool zu verbringen. Keine Liegen am Strand- nur Matten bzw. Sitzsack. Transfer zum nächsten Ort über Hotelshuttle möglich- allerdings passen immer nur 20-25 Pers. rein- deshalb immer reservieren!!

Die Unterkunft ist traumhaft schön, also genau wie auf den Fotos wenn nicht noch besser. Anlage ist übersichtlich und ruhig, zum entspannen genau richtig. Man kann entweder entspannt auf den Fluss schauen und sonnen oder am Strand. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit eigenem Pool und können es jedem empfehlen :) Die Zimmer sind groß und sehr schön, mit ganz viel Holz. Wirklich Traumhaft. Wir wollten da garnicht mehr weg. Und werden auf jeden Fall nochmal wiederkommen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und Anliegen und Wünsche werden schnellstens erfühlt und bearbeitet. Das Personal an der Rezeption spricht sehr gutes Englisch und auch auf Deutsch konnte man sich verständigen. Das einzige was wir etwas bemängelt haben war die Sauberkeit aber auch nur Kleinigkeiten. Spiegel und Fenster waren zwar geputzt aber eher geschmiert und auch mal in den Ecken lag was. (Wäre vllt garnicht jedem aufgefallen, bin da sehr anspruchsvoll) Aber wie gesagt die Unterkunft ist ein Traum und es lohnt sich. Danke an das Team und bis zum nächsten mal.

Fantastiskt hotell

Fantastiskt hotell! Stort område att röra sig på. Hittade alltid lediga solstolar. Härligt att höra vinden susa i Causarina-träden. Lång strand, 1,5 km lång att vandra på i stort sätt ensamma. God mat i restaurangerna. Våga gå vägen efter hotellet mot enkla fina restauranger där du äter gott med fötterna i sanden. Efter erbjuds man att få skjuts tillbaka. Hit åker jag gärna igen.

Luxurios resort

5 star resort is a 5 star resort. Everything worked perfectly and the area is great. Gym, own beach, pool area, breakfast, rental bikes and kayaks were all in a brilliant shape. We stayed two nights in a pool suite. Huge, clean room with private pool. Location is a bit far if you want to move. There is no motorbike rentals nearby. The resort has a shuttle bus though if you remember to book it early enough.
