"The parking valet, location, and view was excellent. The breakfast buffet was also excellent. The front desk staff was not particularly helpful. Both nights of my stay, my room key did not work. It took a while to resolve and I had blisters the second night from walking so much, making it extra annoying. They forgot I was staying a second night and forgot to warn me that the streets would be closed when I arrived."

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help. The breakfast was also excellent, with a good variety of choices and high-quality food. The location is convenient for exploring Yokohama, and the hotel provides a perfect balance of comfort, service, and luxury. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience, and I would definitely stay at Hilton Yokohama again. Highly recommended!"
