"We were very impressed with the hotel and it's layout with each pool leading to the next down the slope to the plaza and buffet restaurant. It is well laid out and the 3 bars all had very helpful staff. We had all-inclusive full board and were surprised at the variety of food and which drinks were included in the package."

"Absolutely spotlessly clean room cleaning staff are very helpful 👍. The staff are all very helpful nothing is to much trouble for them you have a problem it's sorted out. The whole place is spotlessly clean all the time with the ground staff. That's i will be going back and back again."

"Nice bright room, recently decorated , had a small shower room and toilet and a separate sink area within bedroom. Basic but adequate , no hairdryer. Nice communal kitchen with lounge area, books to read, bicycle storage room.
Price expensive for what essentially is a good hostel rather than hotel accommodation .
Complicated check-in procedure as no front desk , all communications in Spanish and not done through Hotels direct but through my WhatsApp account. This annoyed me . Information should...

"our window was faced into a corridor so there was no fresh air nor a beach view. one of the bathrooms in the hostel smelt very musty but the other one was fine. besides those two things, we thought the space was ideal for the two of us. bathrooms were always super clean! "

Beautiful apartment with lots of space for our family of 4, lots of good amenities like gym and laundry. Well equipped kitchen and free refillable water station.
Lovely chilled pool, very clean.

"Sehr schönes Hotel in toller Umgebung. Direkt unterhalb gibt es einen wunderschönen Spazierweg am Meer. Das Hotel ist sauber, der Pool perfekt und es gibt regelmäßig Unterhaltung.
Die Zimmer sind top ausgestattet mit Klimaanlage, einer voll ausgestatteten Küche und einem schönen Balkon mit Meerblick.
Super praktisch: eigener kleiner Supermarkt im Hotel und ein größerer sowie Restaurants nur ca. 20 m entfernt.
Mit Mietauto sind Costa Adeje, Playa de las Américas, Los Cristianos und Siam Park...

"Passing through and needed somewhere to stay . This was ok BUT location is too remote ! It’s 30mins walk to beach and shops not less time as host advised . There is a shuttle service 5x / day .. it’s ok but was late by 30mins on arrival . Not a good start ! Very uneven surface if you decide to walk !NOT suitable for elderly or disability / children to walk this dirt track ! "

"Handy spot close to the south airport, which is why we booked it for a late evening arrival with a toddler. It’s a large hotel and, as others have mentioned, a little dated in places, but the apartment rooms are spacious and comfortable. Being on the ground floor made it really easy to access the restaurant, where the buffet breakfast was excellent.
The only downside was that an airport shuttle was advertised on Expedia, but when we contacted the hotel in advance to book this in, they said it...
