Superb hotel in a fantastic location in Trastevere. We walked everywhere from the hotel. Hotel had everything we needed. Breakfast in the courtyard was the best!

Lovely stay in Roma! The location is special, beautiful historic building, sweet courtyard. We had a balcony from our room which was very nice. Room was fine. Clean. Great breakfast. It isn’t best for people with limited mobility to go out for dinner etc as the public transport in the immediate vicinity is limited. A lot of walking which is good with us. Trastevere the area is hip & has great bars/restaurants.

I booked a room in this hotel guided by the photos and opinions of previous guests, I got a room outside the hotel on another street, in a building outside the hotel, not very nice that had nothing to do with the hotel, at no time did I enjoy the amenities of the hotel, for me I felt like I was staying somewhere else. It was disappointing. The staff's explanation was that I booked an economical room. I won't return because the advertising seemed dishonest to me without warning about this detail.

We were given a room at the back of the hotel and when I washed my face, sink got flooded and then when I looked outside the window it was facing the kitchen or back of the hotel wasn’t very pleasant, but when I spoken to the Hotel Receptionist, she change the room to a fourth floor, very lovely room with a view. Compared to other hotels, all the rooms in this hotel were small due to being a nice old building with a history and its own chapel. Staff were very helpful and understanding. Breakfast was very tasty and good.
