Disappointed overall for price, no chair in room for desk area, smelled like animal had been in there too, allergies so not great experience. Staff was plenty at front desk but no one gave helpful information

We heard the heat run ALLLLLLL NIGHT! Talk about no sleep and literally the reason for the hotel was a place to sleep just for the night. We finished plans in the area at midnight but needed to be back at 7am. The only purpose of was sleep and we didn’t even get that. Staff was amazing!!

This is the second time we stayed at Hampton Inn the night before our appointment at New York City the next morning. It was reasonably priced and breakfast was included. Location is good for us and there is free parking across the street.

When I checked in my room wasn't ready. They took my deposit even though it was a pre-paid room and told me to just show up and the keys would be ready. When I came back I was told I was double charged for my room. I had to wait 15 minutes for the matter to be cleared up. When I got to my room I could clearly hear the neighbouring room and whatever they were watching. The next day I tried working from my room and house-keeping knocked on my door 3 times asking when I was leaving so they could clean the room interrupting my virtual meetings. When I told the front desk all of this and asked for a later check out I was told no and that it would cost an additional $100 for a later check out. I don't think I'll be staying here again.

The elevator was clean from the time I entered the hotel...As soon as we open the room and walk in, there is a very unpleasant odor from the carpet of the hotel that stings your nose. The room was not in good condition.

Driving in and out of hotel parking garage is a bit nerve-wracking given the incline and tight sharp turns.
Staff had mediocre personalities, did not exude welcoming vibe. Breakfast was good with slight variations daily.
Front office billed my credit card erroneously after my stay was pre-paid. Difficult to get resolved and still waiting for a credit.
I will not stay at this property again.
