"The rooms were not clean,no hot water we waited 15-30 minutes for it to turn hot plus it’s really loud since it’s in a main avenue. The only reason why I’m even giving it a 2 star is because security staff was amazing."

"I stayed here for a couple of nights during my trip to Mexico City. The property is in a very central location, which made getting around Polanco easy and convenient. The place itself feels cozy and has a nice, quiet charm. Staff was very helpful. That said, there are a couple of gaps worth noting. The room did not have air conditioning, which could be uncomfortable depending on the weather. However, the staff arranged me an portable AC. The lighting in the room was also quite dim and could definitely be improved. Overall, I had a good stay and the location is a strong plus. I would rate this property 3 out of 5."
